Shipping
All baskets are custom made and shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship via the United States Postal Service. Priority Mail is usually delivered in 2-3 business days and Express Mail is delivered in 1-2 business days, depending on location. We are not responsible for delays in shipping after package is received by the Post Office.
Refund and Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it in original condition, all items to be unused, within 10 business days of the date it was shipped. Please include your name, telephone number and mailing address inside the box. Please send returns via USPS to P.O. Box 35, Chandlersville, Oh 43727. We will refund the total amount minus the original shipping charge and a $20.00 restocking fee. If a basket is returned due to an address problem and it is our fault, we will re-pack and re-send the gift basket A.S.A.P.! If it is due to any other reason, an additional shipping charge will apply.
